View From A Sick Bed

Kate's pretty much been running the show today.

It looks like our little escapade in the rain the other day may not have been the best idea.

I'm sick. When you seize the day, sometimes it seizes you back, I suppose.

Kate's been kind enough to take care of me all day, and keep an eye on things at the blog.

She's been really sweet. She's been tending to me pretty well. Brought me eggs, toast, and coffee for breakfast, soup and sprite for lunch.

Then she held my hair out of the way whilst I was praying to the porcelain god. If that ain't love, I don't know what is.

She's even dressed up in a make-shift nurse's outfit... sort of.

Think porn nurse. White heels, white stockings, white miniskirt, white bra, and white oxford shirt unbuttoned to her navel. Last I checked, real nurses wear underwear, though.

Don't get me wrong I'm not complainin'. In fact I'm thinkin' I should get sick more often. Except that I feel like warmed over crap.

Anybody got one of those little nurse hats for Kate?

As one of those people constantly plagued by minor ailments, I feel your pain.

Just remember, a little well aimed coughing can go a long way to repelling people you don't like.

Thanks for your sympathies, LC.

I'll keep the coughing advice in mind.

Kate just snoozed off next to me.

Still in her nurse's gear.

:)

She at least took the heels off, though. I'm gonna have to wake her up to get her out of it. No way can she be comfortable in that.

'course that means I have to undress her.

Oh darn.

Kisses (fortunately I don't believe viri travel via interweb)
